How do you treat a customer’s confidential information?
The company president has made it clear that a customer’s private information (including name, shipping info or credit card purchases) remain completely confidential. We don’t sell it and unlike other adult stores, we don’t share it with other adult sites. We believe that what you choose to do in the privacy of your own home is your right. We won’t disclose your info or purchase habits to others. Your privacy is our primary concern.

Will my order by shipped discreetly?
In keeping with our strict privacy policy, all orders are shipped in plain boxes without any reference to sex related products on the outside of the box. Even our name is not printed on the return address, so your privacy is assured.

Will my order be billed discreetly?
Absolutely. Your credit card statement will only read as a charge from a media group. It will never reference sexual products in any way, shape or form.

Do you resell returned sex toys?
We never resell merchandise that is returned to us. We get very few returns to begin with, and all of it is discarded for health reasons.

How long will it take my package to arrive?
Depending on the item you order and the shipping method you choose, your order can arrive in as little as 48 hours. Most orders take about 4-5 days, but that depends on our shipping carriers. Occasionally, a very popular item might get backordered and it can take a few extra days for us to restock the product. We won’t charge your card if an item is backordered until we ship it.

What is your return policy?
If your product is not functioning properly, please call our Customer Support Department at 866-833-3339 as soon as possible (but not later than 30 days from purchase). In that case, we will replace the product with an even-exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. Replacement items ship the same day that the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department.

Can I pay by check or money order?
We only accept credit cards over our secure server. This is done for your protection. and we will get back to you within 2 business days!

Can I order by mail?
Unfortunately, we do not accept mail orders. You can, however, purchase your order via fax or online.

What are my shipping options?
We offer traditional ground shipping as well as two-day air shipping if you need the item quickly for gift-giving or other reasons.

Will the product(s) I receive look like the one I see pictured on the site?
Though it is difficult to guarantee that every product will be identical in color, our customer service team checks every order and makes sure that you get the latest model, version or release of the product ordered. Our concern is getting you the freshest possible product- not last year’s version!
